Records request sent to NHDES pending
Sent a right-to-know request under RSA 91-A for five years of Annual Facility Reports for facility 3184, the Peterborough Recycling Center. Asked specifically for tonnage by material, including glass, and destinations for anything shipped off site.
What to watch for: NHDES's own working group says these reports don't capture everything (a form revision is targeted for 2027), and glass crushed and used on site may not appear at all, since the form tracks movement more than on-site use. Thin glass data would itself support the on-site aggregate conclusion. Either outcome gets logged here.
